Called to the Humility of Christ
Philippians 2:5-11 | April 16, 2023 | Pastor Justin Bebb “Called to the Humility of Jesus” 1. Live out of the mindset of worship Jesus has given you. (2:5) 2. Living with this mindset means following Jesus’ humility: a. The Son of God added humanity to His divinity and became a servant. (2:6-7) b. He became fully man as well as fully God so He could serve by dying. (2:8) 3. Jesus’ humility was followed by His exaltation: a. God gave Jesus the name above all names. (2:9) b. Jesus is the one before whom all must humble themselves. (2:10-11)
