The Berean Fellowship of Churches
A group of like-minded churches, the Berean Fellowship (weareberean.org) is committed to our Statement of Faith, a common approach to ministry, and a shared desire for worldwide impact.
The name “Berean” comes from Acts 17:11, where Paul commended a group of believers for being diligent in that whatever they were taught came from the Scriptures.
The first Berean Church started in the mid-1930s in North Platte, Nebraska. Today, the fellowship is comprised of churches throughout Nebraska and California, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming.
what we do
We worship Christ together on Sunday through singing, praying, and hearing God’s Word.
We teach the Bible because it is the authoritative, life-giving Word of God.
We gather to encourage one another to apply to the gospel to all of life.
