John 12:1-19 | April 2, 2023 | Pastor Justin Bebb “Responding to the Eternal King” 1. Jesus remained outside of Jerusalem as the Jews sought to kill him. (12:1-2) 2. Mary humbly worshiped Jesus and unknowingly prepared him for burial. (12:3) 3. The supposed disciple and would-be traitor worshiped money instead. (12:4-8) 4. The religious leaders insanely reject faith in Jesus. (12:9-11) 5. The crowds welcomed a would-be earthly king, who is actually the eternal King. (12:12-19)
