Responding to the Gospel: What Shall We Do?
1. After hearing the gospel, the people asked what they should do in response. (2:37) 2. Believing in the gospel (2:38): a. Means turning from your sin and turning to Jesus. (2:38a) b. Is followed by displaying your faith through baptism. (2:38b) c. Means receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit. (2:38c) 3. The gospel and its required response and gift extend to all the coming generations. (2:39-41) Application:
